1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon soft margarine
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Combine chicken, broth and margarine and mix well. Add flour and cornmeal. Knead dough into ball and roll to 1/4 inch thickness.
3. Cut into 1 inch biscuits and place on your prepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
