I used strawberry yogurt in mine, a favorite of my dogs, so my treats do have a bit of a pink tint.
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tablespoons dried Spearmint leaves
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 teaspoon Honey
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.
3. Knead dough into ball and roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter of your choice.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly browned on prepared baking sheet.
Cool before serving and refrigerate.
