The holiday favorite of the gingerbread cookie made for your dog.
2 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup Molasses
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Once well mixed add eggs, molasses and oil and mix until well combined.
Knead dough until smooth and roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter of your choice. Bake for 30 minutes until slightly browned on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Cool and refrigerate.
