Peanut Butter Carob Drops

These carob decorated treats are perfect for the pup with a wheat sensitive tummy.

Ingredients
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Honey
1/4 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Carob Chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Knead dough into ball and using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll into balls. Place balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Press a slight indention into center of each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned on edges.
While still warm place 2 to 4 carob chips in indentation on top of treats.
Cool before serving and refrigerate.
