While it may not compare to the real peanut butter chicken dish these biscuits were a hit with my dogs and everyone else I shared them with over the holiday, easy to make and with out all the pesky garlic!
1/2 Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Wheat Germ
1 2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
In a large bowl add all wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Slowly add wheat germ and whole wheat flour and knead dough into ball and roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter of your choice and place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 50 to 60 hydrants.
