These wheat-free blueberry bites may be short on ingredients but they are big on taste!
1 cup frozen Blueberries, thawed
1 cup White Rice Flour
1/4 cup Oats
1/2 cup Milk
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking pan with foil.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients one at a time, kneading well after each addition.
3. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan 1/4 inch thick and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Once cooled take a straight edge and score the dough horizontally and then vertically to make a grid (I used a pizza cutter).
