1 cup Cottage Cheese (I used 1%)
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter (warmed for 30 seconds in the microwave)
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Carob Powder
2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Place tin foil over the bottom of your bone.
2. Mix all ingredients and stuff your bones full.
3. Freeze and serve.
