frozen peanut butter banana carob dog treat recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Banana mashed
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Carob Chips
- 1 tablespoon Carob Power
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups plain Yogurt divided
First Layer
- Banana
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup plain Yogurt
- Mix until well combined
Second Layer
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 1/4 cup plain Yogurt
- Mix until well combined
Third Layer
- 1 tablespoon Carob Chips
- 1 tablespoon Carob Powder
- 1 1/4 cup plain Yogurt
- Mix until well combined
Instructions
- Pour an inch or so of your first layer mixture into the bottom of each cup.
- Allow to freeze for 30 minutes, and mix your next layer.
- Repeat pouring the layers, allowing them to set 30 minutes in between, until they are all used.
- Freeze for 8 hours to allow them to fully set.
- Run warm water around the mold to remove the popsicle.
- Makes 4 popsicles.
Made this in small Dixie cups for for Bosley who eats a grain free diet…..He loved them…
