1 Banana, chopped
1/2 cup crushed Pineapple, drained and divided
1 cup plain Yogurt
1 tablespoon dried Peppermint Leaves
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (sprinkle some on top if you’d like)
1. Place the banana, 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, yogurt, peppermint leaves and cinnamon in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture in a shallow pan and mix in the remaining 1/4 cup crushed pineapple.
3. Freeze until firm, approximately 8 hours.
4. Scrape a spoon across the mixture and serve the shavings in a bowl.
