1/2 Chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheese
1 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 tablespoon dried Parsley
1 cup Coconut Flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredient, except for the water, until well combined. If needed add water until dough comes together.
3. Once dough is well mixed roll dough into 1/2 inch balls and place them a inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet. Press down on the tops flatten.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and open the door slightly, allow the biscuits to cool in the oven.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen rounds
