2 cups pureed Cantaloupe
1/4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried Basil
1/4 cup Water
1. Mix the cantaloupe, mozzarella cheese, basil and water in a blender, blend until smooth.
2. Pour into molds and allow to freeze for up to eight hours to allow them to fully set.
3. Run warm water around the mold to remove.
