1 cup pureed Strawberries
handful of Spinach Leaves
2 tablespoons Honey
1. Mix pureed strawberries and ginger until well combined.
2. Pour into molds and place in freezer for 2 hours.
3. Mix spinach and honey into a blender and puree until smooth, pour over strawberry layer.
4. Freeze for 8 hours to allow them to fully set.
5. Run warm water around the mold to remove.
