1 Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup pitted and chopped Cherries
1/2 cup pureed Pineapple
2 to 3 Mint Leaves, chopped
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
3. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon fulls of dough onto prepared baking sheet
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 2 to 3 dozen treats.
