1 cup chopped Pineapple
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
3 teaspoons Honey
1. Puree pineapple and thyme until smooth.
2. Pour into molds and place in freezer for 2 hours.
3. Mix peanut butter and honey, warm in microwave until pourable. Pour over Pineapple layer.
4. Freeze for 8 hours to allow them to fully set.
5. Run warm water around the mold to remove.
