Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 teaspoons Honey

Instructions

  • Puree pineapple and thyme until smooth.
  • Pour into molds and place in freezer for 2 hours.
  • Mix peanut butter and honey, warm in microwave until pourable. Pour over Pineapple layer.
  • Freeze for 8 hours to allow them to fully set.
  • Run warm water around the mold to remove.
