Carob & Sweet Potato Brownies Dog Treat Recipe
Ingredients
Brownie
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon carob powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Swirl Topping
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 2 teaspoons carob powder
Instructions
Brownie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and prepare swirl topping.
Swirl Topping
- In a small bowl mix sweet potato and carob powder until well combined.
- Drop spoonful's of topping onto the brownie mix and swirl with a knife or spoon.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick entered into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and cut into squares.
