Clean the beef steak and cut into strips, removing all the fat you can from the meat. It is easier to cut if you freeze the beef slightly.
Preheat Ninja Foodie at 155 degrees Fahrenheit, on dehydrate setting, for five minutes.
Pour olive oil into the preheated air fryer.
Evenly spread the strips out on the cook and crisp plate.
Cook for 4 hours and check for doneness, if dryer jerky is desired continue to cook for 2 additional hours.
Allow to cool before serving.
