Pour coconut oil into air fryer, no need to preheat.
Evenly spread the cut sweet potatoes out on the cook and crisp plate.
Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes, flip, and cook for five more minutes.
Remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and place in a bowl with turmeric and thyme, toss until sweet potatoes are coated.
Return the sweet potatoes to the air fryer. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
