Banana Spinach Dog Cupcake Treat

- piping bag and tip
Ingredients
Pupcake
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup brown rice flour
Topping
- 1/4 cup pureed spinach
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
Instructions
Pupcake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray baking pan with nonstick oil.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Spoon mix into the molds.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle come out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes in pan then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Topping
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese and pureed spinach until smooth.
- Fill piping bag and pipe on top of pupcakes.
Notes
I used Pastries 4 Pets dog safe sprinkles as decoration.
