Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Press the ground turkey into the doughnut pan, bake 10 to 15 minutes, until cooked completely.
Remove cooked turkey rings from the doughnut pan and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl mix milk, whole wheat flour and cinnamon, until well combined.
Pour flour mixture into doughnut pan until bottom is covered.
Divide scrambled eggs and cheese into the doughnuts, top with turkey ring.
Pour remaining flour mixture over the doughnuts.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
