Rinse the chicken feet thoroughly, using scissors, remove the nails from the chicken feet and discard them.
Sprinkle chicken feet with ginger and turmeric.
Put chicken feet on the dehydrator trays in a single layer. Do not allow feet to touch each other.
Dehydrate on the meat setting of your dehydrator or 167 degrees Fahrenheit until completely dried, approximately 16 to 24 hours. The feet should be hard and dry, with no signs of moisture.
Allow to cool before serving.
