- 3 to 4 cups chopped watermelon
- 1 8 ounce can coconut milk
- 4 to 5 mint leaves
Instructions
- Puree chopped watermelon, coconut milk and mint leaves until well combined.
- Pour into mold and freeze for a minimum of eight hours before serving.
