Gummy Candy Corn Dog Treat Recipe
Ingredients
Yellow
- 1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 packets unflavored Gelatin
Orange
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 cups Water
- 2 packets unflavored Gelatin
White
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Water
- 2 packets unflavored Gelatin
Instructions
- Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, cut a piece of parchment paper to fit and place it on the bottom of the pan.
Yellow
- Bring pineapple juice to a simmer and add gelatin.
- Mix until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan and chill for at least four hours.
Orange
- Mix pumpkin puree and turmeric, sprinkle the packets of unflavored gelatin over the mixture, let stand 1 minute
- Heat water to a boil.
- Pour boiling water over the mix and gelatin, mix until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into loaf pan, over yellow layer, and chill for at least four hours.
White
- Sprinkle the packets of unflavored gelatin over the greek yogurt, let stand 1 minute
- Heat water to a boil.
- Pour boiling water over the yogurt and gelatin, mix until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into loaf pan, over orange layer, and chill for at least four hours.
- Once all layers are set, carefully remove the gelatin from the pan by pulling up the plastic wrap.
- Cut the loaf into 1/2 inch strips and then cut these stripes into triangles.
