Ingredients
- 2 cups pureed Watermelon
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- splash Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil
Instructions
- Mix the watermelon, tomato paste, lemon juice, mint and basil in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into molds and allow to freeze for up to eight hours to allow them to fully set.
- Run warm water around the mold to remove.
