2 cups pureed Watermelon
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
splash Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon dried Mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon Basil
1. Mix the watermelon, tomato paste, lemon juice, mint and basil in a blender, blend until smooth.
2. Pour into molds and allow to freeze for up to eight hours to allow them to fully set.
3. Run warm water around the mold to remove.
