Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carob Powder
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts crushed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix¬† carob powder, peanut butter and honey¬†together well and form into 1" balls.
  • Roll balls in crushed peanuts or additional carob powder until well covered.
  • Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.

    Do the peanut carob balls have to remain in the refrigerator? Do they melt easy? What is the shelf life for these treats? Thank you in advance.

    They do Brandi, the honey and peanut butter will melt if left out. I’d say they last about a week in the fridge, but the pups didn’t let them hang around that long!
