Ingredients
- 2 zucchini ends removed and cut into strips
- 6 slices bacon cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Wrap each zucchini strip in bacon and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon fully cooked.
- Cool and refrigerate.
