Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Chicken Livers cooked and chopped
- 4 Kale leaves thick stems and ribs removed, leaves chopped
- 1 1/2 cup plain Yogurt divided
First Layer
- 1/2 pound Chicken Livers cooked and chopped
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- Add chicken liver and yogurt to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Second Layer
- 4 Kale leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Yogurt
- Add kale and yogurt to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Instructions
- Divide the first layer mixture among the cups.
- Allow to freeze for 1 to 2 hours, and then mix your next layer.
- Divide the second layer among the cups.
- Freeze for 8 hours to allow them to fully set.
- Run warm water around the mold to remove the popsicle.
- Makes 4 popsicles.
