Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup frozen Berries partly thawed
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Place the berries, banana and peanut butter in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture in a shallow pan and freeze until firm, approximately 8 hours.
- Scrape a spoon across the mixture and serve the shavings in a bowl.
