Meet Bailey “Food” Higgins!
Bailey is a 5 yr old first generation Cock-a-Poo, who weighs 30lb. She is white with a carmel streak down her back. She is big for a Cock-a-Poo, because her father was a Cocker Spaniel.
Bailey is a sweet dog, but leery of strangers. She does bark a lot, at anything, leaves, squirrels, birds, deer, or nothing at all. She loves her toys, and has everyone that we have given her, but she also loves to rip up kleenex and paper towels, if she can get them. she loves to give kisses and have her belly rubbed.

Ingredients
1 Apple (peeled, cored, and grated)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Milk
4 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Oatmeal

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix grated apple, peanut butter, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract until well combined. In separate bowl mix whole wheat flour and oatmeal then slowly add to wet mix, stirring until all ingredients are mixed.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake  for  10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
For a crunchy treat turn off the oven and allow treat to remain in oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.

    Oh, I’m getting my pup back tonight after not having her for a few weeks (me and hubby were travelling for a while so his parents were watching her). I should make these as a special welcome home treat!
