1/3 cup Pecan Pieces
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Molasses
1/2 cup Butter softened
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
in a large bowl mix all ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Knead dough into ball and roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick and cut with you cookie cutter of choice.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned at the edges.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen circles.
